Planetafilia as a civil society organization was born in 2001, and the main proposal is to transform the UN in a World Federation of Nations, through the UN Charter Review, with the purpose of achieving a World Parliament creation. Planetafilia promotes an efforts combining in topics like human rights, environmental defense and world peace working together with another NGOs (WATUN, Vote World Parliament, Gigavote, etc.) We look for promoting a Charter Review by the UN General Assembly, and with this action, to begin the transformation that could end in a Bicameral Parliament and a plural world democracy, in a context of citizenship participation, equality, peace and a world's nations cooperation. We really think that with the creation of a World Parliament with a World Legislation, most of the problems that we confront nowadays can be fairly solved.
